Delivery
- FREE SHIPPING is included in the price of smaller items where these are to be delivered within mainland UK. The method of delivery is indicated in the description of each piece.
- Please email chrissie@desirabledesigns.co.uk or call us +447974322858 for the price of delivery of larger items where we indicate that delivery is not included to the UK mainland, or where these items are required to be delivered outside of the UK mainland. We are happy to arrange international shipping.
- All our items require individual packing and methods of delivery. They will be insured to the retail value of the item and carefully packed.
- Delivery times will vary according to the item. We aim to deliver within 7 days, usually delivery will be within 1-3 days for smaller items. If you require an item for a particular date, please contact us. Larger and bespoke items: we will contact you to advise of the delivery times.
- You will be responsible for the payment of any local import duties.
Payments
- Payments can be made in £GBP or, for some items, in $US. We update the Sterling/Dollar exchange rate regularly. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Desirable Designs reserves the right to cancel a contract or an order. We retain full legal possession of goods until funds have cleared.
- Returns and refunds are accepted in line with the Long-Distance Selling Act.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of any item you are not satisfied with and email photographs to us if the items arrive damaged or faulty. Goods must be unused by you in order to be refunded.
- Bespoke, made-to-order items are non-refundable in accordance with the law.
- Refunds to the card that you used for your payment usually take up to 14 days from receipt of the goods.
- In-store purchases at any of our stores or outlets are refunded or credit notes issued at the discretion of Desirable Designs.

- Parcels are returned at your own cost. We recommend that you return items with a tracked and insured service from the Post Office or courier, as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our showroom. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
